Here are some images of work I completed on Frozen. This includes:

Anna's hair was very complex. Hair of this complexity had not been done in the studio yet, but a new hair grooming tool, called Tonic, was developed, which allowed for an easier volume based approach. All the hair had to originate from the scalp, so careful planning and several start-overs were neceessary in order to make sure all the hair flowed in the correct way, but was also able to be simulated.

Completed texture animation of hand freezing effect by using a combination of gradient maps which were remapped over time.

The transition to completely frozen look was complicated due to the extreme shift in material quality and sublteties of the transition edge. The hair transitioned from curves to solid geometry by rendering two passes and masked in the comp.
